After serving as Officer of the Colombian Army, working in areas of Intelligence, he is linked to an important Colombian multinational as Commercial and Export Manager, serving the markets of Central, Caribbean and South America. At the end of a decade of work in the area of trade and exports, it promotes the creation of the Anticontrabando Business Coalition.
Since 1998, he has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Anticontrabando Business Coalition, actively engaging in national standardization processes, succeeding in producing the International Supply Chain Security Standards. Parallel to these activities, he served for three years as President of the Board of Directors of the Pacific Free Zone, where he promoted the linkage of industrial and commercial users of the Free Zones in the city of Cali.
